We do not sell or solicit any of our products to individuals under the age of 21.
Refund, Return & Shipping Policies
All sales are final. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an address where someone over 21 years of age will be available to sign for their shipment between 9am & 5pm Monday-Friday. UPS will attempt to deliver 3 times before returning the shipment to us. If the customer will not be available for delivery during the UPS delivery window, the customer must follow the instructions on the infonotice left by UPS, and/or contact us (503) 228-4655 or kate@oregonwinesonbroadway.com as quickly as possible. In the event that UPS returns the shipment to us after those 3 attempts, we will only re-ship the wine at the customer's expense. If a customer provides a shipping address that is deemed unrecognized by UPS, we will contact the customer to confirm or edit the address prior to shipping. Should a customer provide or confirm an incorrect address resulting in UPS returning the shipment to us, the order will only be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Our standard shipping option is UPS ground. UPS 2 day is available upon request. If you prefer a shipping method other than UPS ground, please contact kate@oregonwinesonbroadway.com to make arrangements. UPS ground delivers most shipments in zones 2-5 within 2-4 business days after leaving our shop and 4-7 business days in zones 6-8. If you would like a tracking number please email kate@oregonwinesonbroadway.com. Weather and holidays may affect shipments. If you are unsure of what UPS zone your shipping address falls in you may consult a map online.
Due to the fragile nature of wine, we do not accept returns or exchanges as we cannot be sure of how the wine was handled or stored after leaving our shop. Should you receive a corked bottle, or a bottle damaged during shipment, contact Emily (503) 228-4655 or kate@oregonwinesonbroadway.com to discuss your options. We may issue a replacement bottle. In some instances, the exact bottle or vintage may not be available. If we unable to provide an exact replacement, you may choose a different bottle of the same value, a credit in our shop or online store, or a refund to your credit card. Replacements for corked or damaged bottles will be shipped to you at our expense.
